TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please respect the Spa Escape as a retreat space.

Payment of your booking confirms your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

​All bookings require full payment at the time of booking and are subject to availability.​​

​

A 10% surcharge may apply on public holidays.

​

We kindly request that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of $50.00. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will consider it a no-show, and your booking may be cancelled along with applicable fees. Please keep us informed if you are running late.

​

Please note that you must sign a waiver before entering the facility. Guests must be 18 years of age to enjoy the Spa Escape; however, young adults aged 16-18 may be permitted with prior discussion with the host and parental permission.

​

Please refrain from wearing makeup, lipstick, or other skin products that could dissolve in the pools.

​

Adhere to the clothing guidelines.

​

Please take a shower before entering the Sauna and using the sauna, pool, or spa. You can wash up prior to your arrival or refresh in our outdoor shower available on-site.

​

Do not wear footwear in the sauna.

​

We provide one towel per person for your use; however, feel free to bring your own towel for the pool and spa area. Please note that the Sauna towel provided must be used to sit or lie on the sauna benches.

​

For your safety and comfort, please note that no food, drinks, glass, phones, water bottles, or containers are allowed in the Sauna.

​

Any guests displaying lewd or suggestive behaviour, including inappropriate language, gestures, or contact, will be asked to leave and banned from future visits.​​​

 

We reserve the right to modify prices and services without notice, including facility closures due to capacity, private events, or maintenance.

You agree that we may contact you regarding your booking at any time prior to your session.

​

You acknowledge and accept;

  1. the risks associated with bathing in a communal space, and

  2. use of the facilities and services are at your own risk, and

  3. our facilities and services are provided solely for the purpose of relaxation and enjoyment.

 

We will not be held responsible for any damages, injury or death that occurs during or as a result of using our facilities or services. This includes any illness, medical condition or allergy that is believed to be contracted as a result of using our facilities and services or consuming any food or drink.

You must advise us at the time of booking if you suffer from any health conditions such as high fever, diarrhoea, hypertension, cancerous conditions, risk of haemorrhaging, anaemia, heart issues, stroke, pregnancy or diabetes. In which case, we may ask you to sign a waiver form confirming you have been informed of the risks of entry.

Please seek your own medical advice if you have questions or concerns prior to using our facilities or services.

Smoking and drugs are prohibited inside the Spa Escape.

​

We may refuse entry to any person;

  1. who we reasonably believe is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or

  2. who’s behaviour is deemed by us to be abusive, harassing or sexually suggestive to other guests or staff, at our absolute discretion, or

  3. who is suffering from a medical condition that we reasonably believe may put others at risk (e.g. contagious skin conditions).

eGift Card Terms and Conditions

By continuing to purchase a eGift Card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the current Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

  1. Gift Card sales are final and may not be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash.

  2. eGift Cards are not refundable for change of mind.

  3. It is your responsibility to check the delivery email address provided is correct. Spa Escape cannot be held responsible if a eGift card is used by someone else or if the eGift card is lost, stolen or deleted.

  4. When an eGift Card has been purchased on our website, it can take up to 1 hour for the voucher to be sent to the recipient. If there is a delay we cannot be held responsible. We cannot take responsibility if a gift voucher cannot be delivered to the recipient’s email address because of spam filters, firewalls, or any other factors outside of our control.

  5. eGift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue. The validity date cannot be extended.

  6. Any unused eGift Card balance will not be refunded or credited upon expiry.

  7. eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

  8. After pay and Promotional Coupon Codes cannot be used to purchase eGift Cards.

  9. If the value of your purchase is less than the value of the eGift Card, any unused balance will remain on the eGift Card and can be redeemed when you next make a purchase. The remaining balance cannot be redeemed for cash.

  10. If your purchase exceeds the value of the eGift Card, you can pay the remaining balance using another Gift Card or a different payment method.

  11. If you return, part return, or cancel an order where a eGift Card was used as payment, the refund will be issued in the same way as the purchase was made. (For example, a $20 eGift Card and $20 cash would be returned in the same way).

  12. Should Spa Escape suspect any fraud relating to a eGift Card, we may refuse to redeem the eGift Card until we are satisfied that no fraud has occurred.
